Tonya Gaunt Obituary

Tonya M. Gaunt, 56, of Fort Wayne, passed away on March 20, 2024, at her residence. She was born March 10,1968 in Fort Wayne, to Jim and Roberta (Maddox) Brown.

Tonya graduated from Penn High School 1986 and them graduated from Indiana Tech in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She married David L. Gaunt on July 30th, 2012 in Tenn. She loved animals, painting and coloring. Tonya worked for Saint Ann’s Nursing Home and Byron Healthcare in the Billing department for many years.

Survived by her husband David L. Gaunt; her Mother Roberta Brown, one daughter Jayme Pietrafeso; two sons Jared Bean and John (Amber) Bean; five grandchildren Brayden, Brooklyn, Xavier, Cliff and Payton; sister Marsha Hoover. Preceded in death by her father Jim Brown

Celebration of Life Service will be Friday 3:00 pm, March 29, 2024 at Midwest Funeral Home 1415 W. Coliseum BLVD Fort Wayne, IN 46808, with calling two hours prior to service.
